The Royal Holiday Foundation and the Vacations For All project took 80 moms and grandmas with kids and young adults who benefit from the APAC program on an amazing and unique vacation in Camhomila-YMCA Tepoztlan, Morelos.

In this camp, the moms and grandmas were able to spend incredible moments participating in different activities such as a dance therapy session, where they learned how different body movements can help emotional and psychological aspects, and Taichi, learning how different physical exercises and soft stretches move the energy across the body.

There were also group talks that served as group therapy where everyone was able to share experiences and advice that helped others. As part of this vacation, they also had access to therapists, and people trained in oriental medicine.

They were able to talk about empowerment, and how to face personal and family challenges as well as the power and uses of oriental medicine.

It was without a doubt an experience that will stay in everyone’s heart and mind forever. These moms and grandmas are incredibly brave and powerful!
