Royal Holiday Foundation thanks the health personnel with a well-deserved vacation in Acapulco.
Not all heroes wear capes. During the COVID-19 world pandemic, these health workers with scrubs, gloves, and masks were, without a doubt, our heroes, due to their drive to help the COVID 19 patients. Thanks to the collaboration of the IMSS, the Royal Holiday Foundation, and the movement “Vacations for All” we were able to give them a relaxing and well-deserved vacation to Acapulco.
For 4 days and 3 nights, in Park Royal Beach Acapulco, 30 of these heroes were able to catch a breath and enjoy a nice time with people who have lived the pandemic in a similar way as them.
The heroes who attended this experience were:
• Social workers
• Health promoters
• Medical assistants
• Lab and nursing assistants
• Hygiene and cleaning assistants
• Nurses
• Food managers in hospitals and clinics
The hotel staff welcomed them with claps and admiration for all their hard work over the past 2 years, and thanking them for their actions and daily effort.

With this small pause from their daily life, everyone was able to enjoy the beach, and the hotel amenities, while trying all the gastronomical offers as well as multiple recreational activities. For the great ending, during their last nights, our honorary guests had a special buffet dinner by the beach.
