REWARDING ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
The Royal Holiday Foundation through the Vacations for All project had the privilege of taking 18 outstanding high school students from the Santa Fe High School to a wonderful vacation rewarding them for their academic excellence.
Throughout this camp in Camohmila, YMCA in Tepoztlan, Morelos, these outstanding graduates enjoyed different activities that help them strengthen their affectionate bonds with their peers, work on teamwork skills, and improve their self-esteem and leadership skills. They were able to reflect on the challenges they have faced and how to overcome them in the future without leaving their studies behind.
These brilliant students visited Tepoztlan, its historic places, beautiful streets, and of course, the traditional ice cream of the town, Tepoz nieves.
The students also made a spa with organic products where they enjoyed putting on mud and cucumber face masks and strengthening their connections as a group. They were also able to swim, climb on a rock climbing wall, and get to know the fascinating history and nature of this camp and town. The camp activities were carefully planned to promote important values such as teamwork and self-discovery.
During their last night, they enjoyed a beautiful graduation theme dinner by a bonfire to celebrate their academic success.
It is an honor for the Royal Holiday Foundation to celebrate these brilliant students and we cannot wait for the great things that their futures have in store for them. Without a doubt, this will be an experience that will stay in their hearts forever.
