32 students from the “Jóvenes ejemplares” program of the Vacations for All project and winners of the Bernardo Quintana Arrioja award and honorable mention from the National Preparatory School, the National Polytechnic Institute and CONALEP, traveled to the Los Tuxtlas Biosphere to experience an expedition, led by Outward Bound Mexico, to live a practice that changed their lives.

For 6 days they entered the northernmost jungle of the American continent, went from the mountains to the coast, followed the river from the source of its springs, navigated through its mangroves and flowed to the Gulf of Mexico coast, to experience activities and sensations that led them to come together as a great family. This is the first expedition of its kind for the Vacations for All project and was accomplished thanks to the Royal Holiday Foundation and Fundación de Apoyo a la Juventud.
