A trip to strengthen family ties!
In an emotional and enriching camp, Royal Holiday Foundation, in collaboration with Fundación de Apoyo a la Educación (FAE), led a group of 94 people from a community of waste pickers in Nezahualcóyotl to live a vacation experience, made up of girls, boys and their respective mothers, fathers, grandmothers or aunts, all of them beneficiaries of the FAE.
The comprehensive development of children is the core of this experience, offering them educational and recreational experiences that contribute to their personal growth. Among the activities, there were pre-aquatic games in the pool, where several children were able to swim for the first time in their lives.
In addition to aquatic activities, the group participated in challenges that strengthened their physical and mental skills, encouraged teamwork, and stimulated imagination.
During the first night, there was an exciting disco party, where children and adults danced to the rhythm of the music. And to close the experience, the group gathered around a warm bonfire to roast marshmallows and share songs, on a trip that not only represented a break in the daily routine, but also an opportunity for personal growth and strengthening of their family ties.
