Thanks to the Vacations for All project, together with Casa de la Amistad, 13 children and young people who are fighting cancer, along with their parents, spent some incredible days at the Park Royal Beach Ixtapa Hotel. For most, it was their first time at the sea and traveling by plane, which made this trip an experience full of magic and deep emotions.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff greeted them with a warm and touching welcome, marking the beginning of a few days that will be engraved in their hearts forever.

During their stay, the children, young people and their families enjoyed various activities. They spent time in the pool, in the sea, and walked on the sand. Some got into the water hugging their parents, while others preferred to simply feel the sea breeze and the water between their feet. They made sandcastles, participated in the foam party and were surprised by the children’s show of popular characters. The young people also had their own fun in the Teens area, where they shared games of billiards, football and darts.

At the end of those days full of smiles and emotions, they felt deeply grateful. This trip was much more than a vacation: it was a recharge of energy, a respite full of hope and strength. They were days of family unity and joy, which gave strength to these children and young people to continue fighting. Undoubtedly, a positive imprint on the soul of these brave men.
