At Royal Holiday Foundation, we firmly believe that empathy and solidarity have the power to change lives. This vision is reflected every day in the work of each member of the Royal Holiday family, who constantly look for opportunities to support those who need it most.

Recently, thanks to a solidarity collection organised by the Call Center team as part of their team-building activities, we were able to bring a special surprise to Instituto Guadalupano. The institution does exceptional work by providing education, guidance, and a safe environment for children and young people experiencing social vulnerability, from their early years in primary school through university.

A group of employees from the Call Center, Reception, and the Foundation’s Social Responsibility team visited the institution to personally deliver 80 pairs of brand-new sneakers.

The gathering was filled with special moments. The children’s excitement and curiosity as they opened their boxes, along with the joy on their faces as they tried on their new sneakers, filled the place with contagious happiness. For them, it was not simply a pair of shoes, but a gesture of care, dignity, and support as they continue pursuing their educational dreams.

The day ended with a heartfelt message of gratitude. Four young representatives of the institution took the opportunity to express their appreciation for the sneakers, the time spent together, and for having been thought of. They closed with moving words that touched our hearts: “The doors of Instituto Guadalupano will always be open to you.”

A group photo filled with smiles captured this special day. For Royal Holiday members and guests, these actions reflect the human commitment that drives each of our projects, demonstrating that together we can create a positive impact that goes beyond vacations.
