Bonds That Bloom Through Freedom
At Royal Holiday Foundation, we are proud to partner with organizations that help transform lives. Recently, we celebrated the beginning of a meaningful partnership with La Cana, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women as they reintegrate into society after incarceration.
For this special experience, we welcomed 32 moms enrolled in La Cana’s Seguimiento en Libertad program and their children to Campamento Camohmila, accompanied by five members of the organization.
The main purpose of the camp was to strengthen family relationships. For these mothers and their children, it offered a safe space and a unique opportunity to reconnect, enjoy quality time together away from daily responsibilities, and build stronger bonds through recreation.

Throughout the camp, activities and group games designed in partnership with La Cana focused on values such as empathy, respect, healthy communication and family unity. Participants especially enjoyed:
- Swimming and pool activities.
- Outdoor camp games.
- A memorable campfire under the stars.
- Sharing delicious meals together.

Watching these families laugh, play as a team and reconnect with one another reinforced our belief that rest and recreation are powerful tools for building a brighter future filled with hope and second chances.
