A day of hope for girls and young people

In the Dominican Republic, a single day can be transformed into a memory to treasure for life. This was experienced by the 23 girls and teenagers of Hogar Casa de Esperanza, who, thanks to the Vacations for All project of Royal Holiday Foundation, enjoyed an exciting Day Tour at Bavaro Adventure Park. 

For these girls and young people who have faced violence and abandonment, the trip was not just fun, it was an opportunity to feel safe, accompanied and free. Among zip lines and suspension bridges, they discovered new ways to play, dare and share. The tour of the river, surrounded by nature, became a moment of calm and wonder. 

Every laugh, every dip and every step inside the park added a spark of joy to their story. At the end of the day, they all returned with more than just fatigue and excitement — the memory of an adventure that left its mark on their heart.
