Royal Holiday Foundation, in partnership with UTOPIA A.C., took 84 children and their families from Chimalhuacan and Nezahualcoyotl communities to a camp at YMCA Camohmila.

Utopia is a civil association which provides care to vulnerable groups with educational, cultural, sports and health programs for girls, boys and young people in extreme poverty, thus contributing to community integration, allowing them to have a more dignified and equitable life.  In partnership with the Royal Holiday Foundation, this camp was possible at YMCA Camohmila.

During the camp they played games, swam in the pool, and shared songs and dances around the bonfire. They also participated in activities such as “Find the leader” and a rally with challenges that strengthened communication, respect, and teamwork.

These days allowed families to spend time together, children and parents to enjoy quality time, and to step out of the daily routine in the midst of games and unforgettable moments.

“I had a lot of fun, and we played very exciting games,” beneficiary of Utopia.
“I really liked the sports we practiced and the food”, said Dana, a beneficiary of Utopia.

For many, it was a trip that left joy and memories for everyone. Each moment allowed them to get to know each other better and experience a magical moment that they will cherish in their memories forever.
